Reading:
- Successfully make inferences about events that happened in Ch. 9-16 of A Night Divided
- Show understanding of the content of Ch. 9-16 of A Night Divided with good class discussion about the events of those chapters
- Show understanding of the vocabulary words from Ch. 9-16 with correct answers on the quiz (scheduled for Wednesday, February 28)
- Continue learning about and correctly identifying the different types of figurative language used throughout the novel
- Create a word journal for the vocabulary words from Ch. 17-24
