Left and Right! We chatted today about the reasons it is important to learn our left from our right! Preschoolers realized how uncomfortable it would be to wear shoes on the wrong foot, the difference in our names & phone numbers if we read them right to left, the importance of putting our right hand over our heart for Pledge. “The Left And Right Song” had us differentiating between left /right by pointing and naming objects that were on either the left or right side of the line!  Combining music and movement helps new concepts stick in our brain!
