Reading: Students will recognize, write, produce and discriminate /n/ and /m/ in initial and final positions; decoding cvc words; rhyming words; sight words; silent e; producing digraph sounds

Writing: Students will write explanatory story through daily sentences and illustrations; forming letters correctly within given lines; punctuation; using spaces between words

Science: Chimpanzees, Spring season

Carmel high school students read a book and led a cheer in Spanish.

We learned how to tap maple trees for syrup at Ryerson Woods.

FIELD TRIP

Please dress your child for the weather (non-uniform day) for our field trip tomorrow. We will be outside at the forest preserve. We will eat lunch upon return to school.
