We shared with each other our purple crayon designs today!  They turned out so cool!  We made bicycles, flowers and roller coasters.
Preschool 4AM were Paleontologists today.  They made their own dinosaur fossils. Easy recipe....potting soil mixed with glue and then place all different shapes of pasta inside. Wait to dry and you have a Fossil. So smart!
We had a good tasting today!  We tired sour lemons, salty pretzels, bitter chocolate and sweet Skittles. Surprise! We loved the Skittles the best!
We read Harold's Trip to the Sky today.  Afterwards, we explored color mixing with red and blue paint to make purple in clouds (of shaving cream).  Qtips are the perfect writing tool for this adventure!
The children had an in class field trip with Fox and Trove!  We learned all about kindess, self-calming and emotion regulation!  It was so fun!
We went outside to launch a dinosaur balloon 82 feet in the air to see how tall the largest dinosaur was compared to ourselves.  Boy, are we little!  We also had fun roaring like a dinosaur outside today!
We read Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam by Hans Wilhelm.  We discussed how we can all be sunbeams. Mina helped us connect how being a sunbeam is just like being a bucket filler. Then we each came up with one way that we can be Jesus' sunbeams!
Jefferson used our dinosaur encyclopedia to find the names for the dinosaurs. This one is the brachiosaurus!
We enjoyed Harold's Fairy Tale by Crockett Johnson and then we made our own purple crayon creations!
We made strawberry lemonade in class today.  We counted and measured the ingredients.  After tasting, we graphed.  We loved our yummy drink!
