PreK4 is growing our own snowflakes!  We learned that the Borax soap makes the water murky because it is suspended in the hot water. Crystals will form as the water cools.  The soap molecules will attach to each other and fall to the bottom of the container.  As they fall, they will attach to the pipe cleaners to create beautiful snowflakes.
