This morning we talked about leprechauns.  They have lots of gold coins which they get by making shoes for fairies.  The leprechauns hide the gold in a big pot at the end of a rainbow.

The boys and girls made their own rainbows using skittles and warm water.  They worked in pairs arranging the skittles in a pattern or a design of their own making.
