We had a special visitor for Afternoon Enrichment today, Mrs. Schiff!  Mrs. Schiff is learning to become a teacher and she gave us our first lesson about China and the panda bear.  We learned that panda bears a have no fur when they are born and cannot see for seven weeks.  We also learned they eat bamboo and are very protective of their young.  The children became artists and painted panda bears “I do, you do” method of drawing and following single step directions with Mrs. Schiff.  They turned out so beautifully!
