In the afternoon, the children enjoyed a snowflake winter STEM activity.  The each had a black construction paper surface to use as they build.  They reviewed what they know about snowflakes and then got very creative!  This activity helps the children explore radial symmetry incorporating math, science, fine motor work, and creativity.
