Welcome back to another week! I hope you had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday weekend. Tonight's homework is as follows:
 
1. Read 20 minutes
*Assessment = next week
 
2. Math 6.8 Homework pages --> problem solving with addition
*Assessment = Friday*
 
3. Practice reading and spelling words with ai, ay ("double vowel syllables")
*Try to point out any of these spelling patterns in books your child is reading or in signs you pass while driving (or while out to eat). It's fun to see what we're learning in print!
 
4. Religion - Check in with your child about his/her Lenten promises.
*Possible Conversation Starters:
  • How are you doing so far with the prayer, fasting, and almsgiving?
  • How are you growing closer to God?
  • Who or what can we pray for today?
