Reading: 

• Continue learning about and correctly identifying the different types of figurative language used throughout A Night Divided
• Show understanding of Ch. 26-30 with correct answers to the comprehension questions
• Show understanding of the vocabulary words from Ch. 25-32 of the novel with correct answers on the quiz (scheduled for Thursday, April 6)
• Create a word journal for the vocabulary words from Ch. 33-40

Language Arts: 

• Continue practicing Daily Oral Language (DOL) skills  
• Show understanding of DOL skills with correct answers on this month’s quiz (scheduled for Wednesday, April 5)
• Begin learning about opinion/argumentative writing
• Show comprehension of Week 24 spelling words (words with schwa sounds)

Religion: 

• Show understanding of Unit 3 with correct answers on the test (scheduled for Wednesday, April 5)
• Tell the story of Jesus and the good criminal
• Explain the importance of Holy Week
