Please log on to PowerSchool this morning. Click the [ i ] icon for the third trimester of each subject area.  By doing this, you will see if you have any missing work.  Finish these assignments this week so you are done with school on Monday, June 1. As always, if you need assistance, please reach out for help.

Language Arts:

• Take the quiz on Simple Solutions Lessons 121-124 (via Google Forms)
• Correct R&W p. 283, 290, 433, and send me your score out of 37.
• Complete IXL Lessons QQ.2, RR.2, SS.1 (These lessons focus on DOL skills.) until you achieve a SmartScore of 85 or higher, or until you spend 30 minutes on a lesson.  Do NOT spend more than 30 minutes on a lesson.

Science:

• Today you are going to learn about my man Sir Isaac Newton and his 3 Laws of Motion.
• In 5th grade we touch on these concepts, but you go further in depth with them in 8th grade.
• There are two worksheets located in Wizer that you will do.
• Do the worksheet about Sir Isaac Newton First.  Listen to the video that is embedded into Wizer, take notes, and write down the answers to the questions in Wizer.  Do not forget to save it and turn it in.
• Next, do the assignment that is entitled Sir Isaac Newton and LeBron James.
• Watch the 3 videos that are embedded into the Wizer document.
• Read the article and then answer the questions.
• Due tomorrow by 3P.M.
• Check PowerSchool to make sure that you are up to date on your work.
• If you are missing assignments, they are located in Google Classroom. Go to the date the assignment was assigned, click on the link, follow the directions, and turn it in.
• Once you have completed the assignment, email me and let me know that it is complete.
• We will come together on Monday June 1st for an end of year/last day of school scavenger hunt!
