- to produce clear and coherent narrative writing in which the development, organization, and style are appropriate to task, purpose, and audience through effective leads and use of dialogue
Grade 8:
- to demonstrate command of the conventions of standard English grammar and usage when writing or speaking with nouns, common and proper nouns, pronouns, and demonstrative and relative pronouns: Module 2 assessment (Wednesday).
- to produce clear and coherent argumentative writing in which the development, organization, and style are appropriate to task, purpose, and audience including citations, works cited page review, title, etc.
