Unit at a Glance

Welcome Back to SJCS! We will begin the year with our fall fitness testing which consists of our core five fitness standards, which include endurance running (1/4 mile grades 1-2; 1/2 mile grades 3-4; 1 mile grades 5-8); flexibility, sit ups, pull ups, and shuttle run/agility.

Our current sport (August/September) is volleyball. Correct techniques, game play, and tournaments will be explored.
