Reminders
  • Library Day is tomorrow (Friday) - Students should bring and return their school library books on this day so they can check out new books
  • Friday, September 10th = Red, White, and Blue Dress Down Day to remember those we lost and honor the heroes of 9/11/01 - Please send in a donation - the proceeds will benefit The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers foundation which provides funds to pay mortgages and have houses built for families of first responders and soldiers who were either killed or severely injured. This now will include families from the 13 soldiers recently killed in Kabul Afghanistan. More information can be found on their website https://t2t.org. We will have a moment of silent prayer during our regular morning prayer time on Friday for those who lost their lives on 9/11/01. We will also read a picture book tomorrow about 9/11. However, we will focus on how our country came together and had resilience after the attacks. *We will not be going into detail about the attacks themselves.*
  • A Unit 2 Math Test Note was sent home in your child's Home Folder today. This has information about our upcoming test that we will have and concepts that can be practiced at home to prepare for it.
