Week at a Glance: January 29-February 2, 2024

Sixth Grade Reading:

• Students will work on lit centers for the next novel, The Lions of Little Rock, including author study, Little Rock HS, WEC, Quapaws, and lions.
• Students will complete Latin & Greek unit 11.
• Students will read independent novel.

Seventh Grade Reading:

• Students will present lit center information for Fever 1793.
• Students will begin novel study of Fever 1793 including comprehension, link to literature, story sketches, and summarizing.
• Students will complete Latin & Greek unit 11.
• Students will read independent novel.

Eighth Grade Reading:

• Students will begin poetry unit including poetry terms and guided reading of poems.
• Students will complete Latin & Greek unit 11.
• Students will read independent novel.
