Sixth Grade Reading:

• Students will continue mythology project.
• Students will identify different character types.
• Students will complete Latin & Greek unit 9.
• Students will read independent novel.

Seventh Grade Reading:

• Students will complete character analysis.
• Students will read a Who Is/Who Was book in class.
• Students will complete a biography slide show.
• Students will read independent novel.

Eighth Grade Reading:

• Students will continue novel study of The Outsiders including comprehension and literary devices.
• Students will analyze and memorize a poem from The Outsiders.
• Students will read independent novel.
