3rd Grade:

We will complete la Mi Familia (My Family) packet and begin the La Casa/ The Home.They will learn about things they find in the home For example:  la sala, una casa, el piso, la puerta, el comedor ect..

Performance Target

• Students will identify various objects in the home.
• Students answer the question “Que está en tu casa”?
• Identify the phrase “En mi casa hay.
• Rockalingua Mi familia and La Casa

4th Grade: 

Students have learned about La Casa and La Cocina.  They will begin the next packet on El baño/the bathroom and La recamara/ the bedroom.

Performance Target

• Students answer the question “Que está en el baño”?
• Identify the phrase “En mi baño hay”
• New vocabulary words: La cama, La sábana, el ropero, La almohada

5th Grade: This week the students will learn about Las frutas y vegetales

Performance Target

• Identify “Te gustan las verduras?¿Te gustan los vegetales?
• Identify new vocabulary words of fruits: La manzana, el limón, el plátano,
• Identify new vocabulary words of vegetables: la zanahoria, la lechuga, el tomate

6th Grade: 

• They will practice and present mini conversations on Me Gusta/Me Gustan, Me Encanta/Me Encantan Example; “Me gustan los Sandwiches,” Te encantan las papas fritas?
• Students will also practice the present tense ER and IR verbs.

7- 8th Grade:

It has been fun reading all the recipes that the students are planning to make along with their creative ways they would like to make their videos. This week, students will still have class time to complete the final drafts.  Once the final draft and script has been approved, they may begin filming.
