3rd - 4th Grade:

Learning objective for this week:

Students will begin to learn about Las estaciones (seasons), Los Meses and ¿Qué tiempo hace? 

Performance Targets:

• Students identify the months in Spanish. 
• Students will comprehend the question, “¿Cuál es el mes?” 
• Students answer the question using the phrase, “Es ____
• Students identify the four seasons in Spanish. 
• Students will comprehend the question, “¿Cuál es la estación?” 
• Students answer the question using the phrase, “Es el/la ____.” 

5th Grade: 

As the 5th grade Students already know their days of the week in Espanol, they will prepare to review and study for the Qué tiempo hace quiz. 

Students can now translate the months of the year in Spanish and identify what season it is.

This week we will review in class  ¿Qué tiempo hace?

 Hace calor, hace frio, esta nublado, llueve etc.

• Students will be given a study guide this week to review and prepare for the 
• Quiz on Friday 12/1/23.

6th- 8th Grade:

This week students will review in class the end of capitulo 1. Students will begin to prepare for the Quiz.

1. Students can now describe what someone likes to do and doesn’t like to do.
2. They can identify Infinitives, Cognates and Negatives.

• 6th Grade Quiz will be on Friday 12/1

• 7th Grade Quiz will be on Wednesday 11/29

• 8th Grade Quiz will be on Wednesday 11/29
