3rd - 5th grade

The students have been learning Los colores in Spanish class this week. As we recognize Hispanic Heritage month (Sept 15-Oct 15). We are continuing to learn about someone new each day in class. This week we will be combining history with art, as we continue to learn our colors.  The Students will be learning about Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and Salvador Dali.  Each grade will color their work sheets and they will present the colors they used in Español.

This week 5th graders will be finishing  their artwork and presenting their colores they used in Español.


Worksheets per grade:

3rd Grade - Frida Kahlo (will finish coloring their artwork sheet and get ready to present)

4th Grade - Diego Rivera ( (will finish coloring their artwork sheet and get ready to present)

5th Grade - Salvador Dali (Will finish presenting)



6th grade:

This week the students will have a quiz on Tuesday 10/17/23 the Dias de la semana 

 Days of the week). Study guide was reviewed in class. 

  • Students will continue to learn about the alphabet, la fecha and los meses.


7th grade: 

The 7th graders have chosen the Spanish Influential Leader to write their report on.

They will do their research in class which will include a Google Slide presentation and create a pennant that will be displayed outside of the Spanish classroom. 

 The Pennant of their Influential leader will be presented in Espanol.

  • The Influential Report is due on Tuesday 10/17/23
  • Students will begin their presentations on Wednesday 10/18/23
  •  

8th grade:

This week:  The students will continue to present their Hispanic Leader report this week.


  • 8H is due Monday 10/16/23  -  Will continue to present their slides and pennant
  • 8L is due Tuesday 10/17/23 - Will continue to present their slides and pennant
