Sixth Grade Reading:

• Students will continue historical fiction study of The Lions of Little Rock including synonyms, predictions, character compare/contrast, and comprehension.
• Students will complete Latin & Greek unit 15.

Seventh Grade Reading:

• Students will continue historical fiction study of Fever 1793 including main ideas/details, character development, and plot map.
• Students will research humanitarian organizations.
• Students will complete Latin & Greek unit 15.

Eighth Grade Reading:

• Students will continue nonfiction study of Phineas Gage including brain research and Phineas's development and deterioration in health.
• Students will complete Latin & Greek unit 15.
• Students will read independent novels.
