Week at a Glance: February 5 - 8, 2024

Sixth Grade Reading:

• Students will complete lit centers for Lions of Little Rock and present information.
• Students will begin novel study of Lions of Little Rock including characters, vocabulary and comprehension.
• Students will read independent novel.

Seventh Grade Reading:

• Students will continue novel study of Fever 1793 including comprehension, vocabulary, link to literature, and cause/effect.
• Students will read independent novel.

Eighth Grade Reading:

• Students will write several poems including alliterative, shape, and haikus.
• Students will check comprehension of poetry terms.
• Students will read independent novel.
