This afternoon we heard the nursery rhyme Jack Be Nimble.  We talked about what the word nimble means.  The boys and girls practiced being nimble and jumping over our candlestick. We thought of other ways Jack could jump over the candlestick.  Breaking into small groups the boys and girls used homemade catapults (2 different types) to see how far they could launch a variety of objects.
