What happened to a pumpkin that had been opened several days ago?  We explored the inside an outside of an old pumpkin.   We saw that it had turned black and grey inside.  The outside of the pumpkin was getting mushy.  The boys and girls compared it to a freshly cut pumpkin.  They agreed the air is what made the pumpkin turn moldy.
