Parents, Please log on to PowerSchool this morning. Click the [ i ] icon for the third trimester of each subject area.  By doing this, you will see if your child has any missing work.  Please point these missing assignments out to your child and ask them to complete them over the weekend.  As always, if your child needs assistance, please have them reach out for help.

Reading:

• Take the vocab. quiz on the words from Ch. 13-16 (Google Forms)
• Answer the comprehension questions for Ch. 13-16 of Hatchet.  The questions have been uploaded as both a .pdf (if you have a printer) and a Slides presentation (if you don’t), so you can type your answers right on the slides.  Before you do that, you have to MAKE A COPY and save it to your Google Drive.  
• Complete the short “Lost in Paradise” writing assignment for Hatchet, which is posted in Google Classroom and will be due on Tuesday, May 12, at 8:00A.M.  There should be a copy made for each student.
• You MUST submit the assignment in Google Classroom.  I will not accept any assignments that are shared with me, as it is too difficult for me to keep track of who has and has not completed the assignment.

Math:

• Located in Google Classroom is a document for dividing fractions.
• The link is to Wizer.
• Within the Wizer assignment there are two short videos for you to watch.
• The first one is a corny song on dividing fractions.  The second is further explanation on dividing fractions.  Watch both videos.
• Do the problems that are within the Wizer document
• Once you are done with the assignment in Wizer log into IXL and do N.2 (work for 20 minutes or until you reach a smart score of 85, whichever one comes first).
• All assignments due by Monday Morning at 8:00A.M.

Social Studies:

• Zoom to correct the Ch. 3 review guide.  Have your Social Studies textbook, Ch. 3 review guide (paper copy or Slides presentation), and a red pen when you log onto Zoom.  

• 5B: 10:50-11:20  *Check Google Classroom at 10:40 for the link and password.
• 5R: 11:25-11:55  *Check Google Classroom at 11:15 for the link and password.

• Play the Kahoot for Ch. 3 to start reviewing for the chapter test.

Religion: 

• 5B only - rescheduled Zoom meeting 9:05 - Check Google Classroom at 8:55 for link and password

• Check email for Venture

• Venture for Sunday, May 10 - this is the last one for the school year.
• Complete the 5 question assessment for this Venture on Google Classroom
• Due Tuesday
